Processing Time
At Marianniedoll Studio, each order is carefully prepared with the attention and care it deserves. As a small business, we take pride in ensuring that every item meets our quality standards before it leaves the studio.
Please allow up to 7 days (1 week) for your order to be processed before it is shipped. During busy periods, holidays, or when high order volumes occur, processing times may take slightly longer, but we’ll always do our best to keep you updated if that happens.
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details (if applicable).

Shipping
Shipping Options
We offer two shipping options at checkout:
- Standard Shipping – This option is not tracked.
- Tracked Shipping – This option includes tracking details, which will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.
Please ensure you select the option that best suits your needs, as once your order has been shipped, we are unable to upgrade or modify the shipping method.
Shipping Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address at the time of purchase. We cannot be held liable for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, responsibility for the delivery lies with them. We have no control over transit times, delivery issues, or lost packages. If you experience any problems with your shipment, please contact the carrier directly using your shipping confirmation or tracking number (if applicable).

We currently ship within the United Kingdom, to the European Union, and to a select number of other international destinations.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the shipping option you choose. Rates may vary depending on the destination of your order. We regularly review our pricing and work closely with our carriers to keep these costs as low as possible for our customers.
Please note that all shipping fees are non-refundable once your order has been processed and shipped.
Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
We do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations on any orders. All sales are final. Please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase.
Order Limit
To ensure fair access for all customers, there is a purchase limit of 3 books per order. Orders exceeding this limit may be adjusted or cancelled at our discretion.
